The City of Mitchell planned for installation of new water main, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage facilities and to reconstruct Livesay Lane to a rural section. Final design included plans for sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and a detention pond. Construction administration included daily monitoring of utility and surfacing installation, SWPPP inspections, and coordination of testing services.
