Approximately 55 acres of undeveloped land is being developed into a planned residential community consisting of single family and villa style homes. InfrastructureDG coordinated with the owner and the City of Sioux Falls to develop the subdivision layout and complete preliminary and final design for the entire area. The improvements included asphalt surfaced roadways, water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and streetlights. InfrastructureDG determined hydrologic data and modeled the existing and proposed hydraulic conditions to complete the storm sewer design and is also completing.
